Felix Wisby

Felix possesses a wealth of commercial experience across a broad range of UK Government Departments, including the Cabinet Office, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and the Department for Work and Pensions, as well as experience from a supplier perspective in the private sector. 

He has recently led the commercial elements of challenging post-Brexit reforms to UK Government policy implementation, and led successful negotiations on a crucial £50m COVID-19 vaccine supply chain contract, under challenging timescales and high levels of scrutiny. 

He also has significant experience of complex contractual dispute resolution, as well as deep understanding of the Public Contract Regulations.
